Frustrating service..

Their services are so bad. 1.. They were quick to give me the money i needed hence i gave them 1 star 2. They deducted my account twice in December and when i call they dont answer their phones, took me a week to get hold of them for my refund 3. I couldn't log in to their portal, when i went in to register it says my email address is already in use.. BY WHO? THEY DONT KNOW THEY DONT HAVE MY LOGIN DETAILS THEY CAN'T ASSIST ME TO LOG IN !! One of their agents went on to say the system was offline but that was a lie coz they can't assist me..

Not to talk about responding to emails you have to follow up umpteenth times
