Extra funds not getting allocated to my loan

Uloans is not updating me monthly statements or atleast my current balance

I made two payments as additional payments however when they send me statements the amounts are not allocate to my profile since Last year november been struggling with this

I have been talking to promise, petunia, collen their emails get ignored complains don't get attended to

But i still i am paying every month Cell Number ***
