Disappointed and let down

Whiles I did not get a loan from them I received such a great service and professional and the consultant even complemented my good credit score but said it was due to affordability and what was sad was that the loan I wanted was going to solve all of that and I had a funeral at home, the joy of knowing you are pre approve and knowing that you can pay off debts almost all of them and still be able to contribute to the family was priceless, needless to say I never recovered from that incident had to run around the village borrowing money not to mention the fact that the decline came very late in the evening after the send this send that which also cost money and time, because I didn’t die that day I think I will still live long enough to ask uloans if they realize the pain and suffering I’m on blood pressure chronic medication because of that. It doesn’t take away their professionalism through it all. I guess for me it hurt deep as all my hopes were pinned on it when everyone in my family lost their jobs through Covid and many didn’t even get last pay so it was indeed the tragic news ever having to borrow money to get home and then borrow to bury I still paying the price.
