Do not use Ullmans group!!!

We are a small freight company and was hired as a subcontractor to transport freight.<br> <br> There is a written agreement that payment will be made within 45 days or as close to 45 days as possible.<br> <br> It has been almost 3 months and no payment has been made.<br> <br> This is situation has been on going and other contractors have not been paid yet as well some date as far back as last year!<br> <br> Last month we requested payment and they said they will pay on condition that we no longer work for them any more. We agreed and still no payment has been made.<br> <br> I am writing to you with the hope of exposing this company and hopefully preventing any other small businesses from suffering the same fate.<br> <br> They have really had detrimental impacts on small up and coming business who hope to have their big break through.
