I hereby wish to inform you that your service is appalling.

I booked a truck on the 29th of August 2018 to move my house on the 29th of September – EXACTLY ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE – and is was confirmed by the sales representative.

One week prior to the move I sent another mail to to confirm that my booking is still in order and I was reassured all is in order.

Friday afternoon 28th September at 16h00 I received a call from informing me that I can’t be moved anymore because of a truck that broke down? I BOOKED A MONTH IN ADVANCE?

I was then informed that they will be able to assist me with a move immediately the Friday afternoon and confirmed the driver will be at my place at 17h30. I agreed to this as I had to be out on the 29th.

At 18h00 I phoned the driver and he told me he is not aware of the move and he was already in Krugersdorp. About 10 minutes after this, the Driver phoned and all of a sudden he is in Pretoria and will be at my place by 19h45. Eventually by 20h00 I gave up and by some miracle managed to make alternative arrangements. Then at 20h20 I was called to tell me that the driver is on his way?! I told them I made other arrangement and in any case it was raining cats and dogs by that time.

This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from this company and I will never recommend anyone to make use of their services.
