Shocking service James and Bright

I give it 1 because I cannot give it minus 10. After repeated confirmations in preparation for my move today, I was informed that they would be 3 hours late... then i had to follow up myself for the next 4 hours!! Only to have them arrive with HALF the tonnage truck and HALF the helping hands. Shocking service. Couldn't move today and no one else is available in such short notice . SO Angry ! Thanks James and Bright for ruining the experience of moving to a new home!!! A word to the wise - use anyone else !!
