Ulefone complaint

I have Ulefone which is pretty new, the phone is very, very slow and sometimes when am downloading it takes time to download at times it will just restart its self . When it comes to whatsapp at times my whatsapp audio it will be on mute. When I contacted their contact center through the email I got no response from them. And am paying a lot for this phone.
