Please don't use Ulemu Bus Service. They are utterly *******. I bought 3 tickets for missionaries from Johannesburg to Malawi, the tickets indicate that luggage of 20kg per person and a hand luggage of 7kg are included. However when they got to the bus station they said no luggage are included and demanded R5500 are paid which was later lowered to R4000 which we paid. ******* and ******* There phone number is ***
