ULAS AKA UMHLANGA LASER & AESTHETIC SPA

I was misled into believing I could get rid of facial hair via laser at this business. I did 6 full sessions and when I complained as I saw no difference I was informed I need to do 12 sessions. I then took another opinion from a professional in the laser industry and was informed as long as I have grey/white hair laser is impossible. I then would like to know why was I not informed of this prior to wasting my time, effort and money for something that wouldn't work for me. A complete ******* company.
