Urgent query un-answered for 3 months

I sent an urgent email enquiry to the University more than 3 months ago. I have subsequently followed up with numerous emails which I have sent to various email addresses. All remain unanswered. I have tried calling multiple phone numbers reflected on the University website - they are never answered. I am facing severe prejudice as a result of this poor service.
