UKZN Salaries not helping

I was a student at UKZN and also worked part time for the University. I was told by SARS to submit tax returns for 2012 and 2013 as well. I requested any relevant information such as the IRP5 for 2012, 2013, 2014.<br> I have been waiting for 2 weeks now for a reply. Every time that I phone in I am told that it will be sorted though I am still waiting.
