UKZN ridiculous attitude and service

I’ve been calling and emailing everyday for the past 2 months and no one is answering my calls or emails. When I call the general number for Durban UKZN, they don’t even assist me with my simple question of “when does 2nd semester registration opens for Howard 2022” , but instead I’m given multiple numbers and email addresses to call and email, but still no one answers the calls or emails. I was also given the Deans email and number and not even the DEAN is answering or emailing back. This is absolutely ridiculous that no one can answer a simple question!!!!!!
