UKZN Registration process in shambles

I am a third year student in this establishment. Every year without fail, it is a nightmare to try and receive the necessary documentation for registration/ re-registration. I find it utterly absurd that one has to literally beg the adminstrative department of the BBA offices to receive both the registration fee letter and the module cost letter. Since my studies are paid for by my employer, I annually need to complete a bursary application form which is not possible if I cannot receive the fees cost for the year. Seems like everyone in the world (except the university admin staff) understand the logic in this request! UKZN management, please intervene and either upskill your staff or replace them with more competent people. The poor admin standards are discouraging students from continuing advanced studies with your establishment which is a pity!
