Ukzn lack of response and communication

To get response on Financial clearance is an absolute nightmare! We have sent all documents. Its been more than a month and not a single soul at the University can help. You have terms and conditions confirming that financial clearance can still be approved for further study even though the entire fee for last year isn't fully paid! You are now contradicting this clause in you terms and conditions. We are tired and will now be publishing all the emails we sent asking for help. Its a crying shame that no one can help us! Bad publicity and reputation on behalf of the University.
