UKZN finance dept hopeless

For a higher education institution that relies on students fees, the service from the finance department at UKZN Westville is deplorable. Phones are never answered, e mails are ignored or returned with out of office replies. However any non payment from you and the string of responses from the university is unrelenting. No student is allowed into offices due to covid protocols so how do we resolve the fact that my daughter has not received financial clearance after paying a month ago.
