UKZN failure to assist student.

In 2020 App**** for a course with the institution, when I came the advisor told me I was funded by nsfas I received allowances every month now 2021 When I want to collect my certificate they are telling me am not funded and I Owe the institution R66 000 which I can never be able to pay😭😭. I can't find any job without this certificate and maybe if they had not given me the allowances I would have tried to pay only the fees. I want the institution to do right with my case because the funding advisor confirmed with the central NSFAS funding office that I was indeed funded now this is odd. My student number is ***.
