Ukzn admin is trash

I app**** to come back and finish my honors degree did all motivation school approached but admin was sooo slow and never rep**** to my emails i mean i just needed to do one module and finish my computer science honors but to just accept my online application thats still pending i was told i need to pay i owe ukzn which doesnt show on the student scentral and at finance westvile noone answers phones or reply to email yhuuu nightmare i had to stop and will now apply to another university and see if they can credit me for the modules i have passed.
