To date my account has not been credited!!!!

I am a master's student at the University of KwaZulu Natal.<br> <br> In December 2013 I received an account for my fees of which I was overcharged fees in relation to modules which I had deregistered during that academic year but had done so in the necessary time period in order to ensure that I would not be charged for same.<br> <br> Same was queried by me with Pradeep who deals with the administration of postgraduates registration details as well as the university department for fees on numerous occasions to date.<br> <br> To date, I have still not received the necessary letter from the faculty of law in order to have my fees credited by the fees department, and thereafter, to pay the remaining balance I owe.<br> <br> As a result, my fees are overdue and I am unsure whether I can still graduate as I anticipate graduating this year April.<br> <br> I am extremely disappointed with how the university has handled my query and complaint and its extremely bad service to students, of which I have experienced on many occasions, but this by far is the worst.<br> <br>
