The Most Unhelpful Bunch of People

My son has been trying to get financial clearance for the last week for a semester that he didn't do last year. He has been shoved from pillow to post and NOT one person is able to give him clear direction or help. He de-registered last year after the first semester and this was not captured on their system now he is bearing the brunt of this *********** service. We paid for the registration of his new curriculum but they have not allowed him to complete registration and now he is just stuck. Surely there is somebody there that can assist him. This is just ridiculous.
