Terrible service

I am a final year Law student and I completed a Bossc degree. I am horrified that in order to receive your academic record is such a mission, especially since it is vital for fourth year law students. The queues are insane as 1st year students are flooded. Surely staff can be more helpful toward students who have been studying for this long. Further more, after doing an EFT to receive my academic record, I was told I still have to follow the insanely long queue. I provided my proof of payment and the lady refused to give me my academic record. Not only am I stressed about receiving it, the lady was rude, obnoxious and really not helpful. UKZN really needs to pull up their socks and become more efficient!
