Student records pathetic service

The service at Student records(University of KZN) is absolutely pathetic to say the least. The calls are never answered, the emails are never answered/ returned. Requesting for a reprint of a degree is mission impossible from this varsity. If you are there in person your are told the they are off line. Can someone help please!
