Registration not fair

Im surprised my son could not be registered for the programme of his choice, despite meeting the requirements he has been turned down. i can smell there are people reserved for certain programmes. i can say race is an issue here. im not happy with the institution. the lady on the call centre told me my son has 32 points and yet he has 42 points. how can someone lie in my face. this has to be adressed.
