PROOF OF QUALIFICATION NOT RECIEVED AFTER MAKING PAYMENT DAYS AGO. EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY ON THE LINE

I am very disappointed and disgruntled with UKZN PGCE office in Pinetown.. I have emailed them for 2 weeks now and even made a payment of R120 to get a proof of degree. My job contract is on the line and they are waiting for this proof of qualification to finalize everything.

I specifically emailed them since 10 October with the proof of payment and I have not recieve a respond. Funny how after attaching a proof of payment and paying the required fee for the proof that they are now quiet. I have tried to call them multiple times and not ever answera their calls. ***. This is the number that no one every answers.

I am upset and disappointed that the administration of UKZN has extremely deteriorated.

My student number is ***. I am a single mother of 3 kids AND UKZN is single handedly hindering my employment opportunity by not being efficient.

I need the document that I paid for.
