Lack of COMMUNICATION at UKZN!

My child is a student at UKZN. There is NO, I repeat NO communication channels the UKZN. She has sent several emails requesting simple changes and correction of their errors and even copied in the OMBUDSMAN, and to date , NO progress! If anyone else out there can help us, PLEASE call me on ***.
