INEFFICIENT SYSTEM OF REGISTRATION AT UKZN

I'm so frustrated with trying to register my son at UKZN. He got a firm offer for BSC in environmental earth sciences PMB campus. We are given 3 days to accept an offer, we are waiting for them to now send an email where we get a link to accept the offer. It's day 2 nothing is happening, we try calling no one picks up . To me this looks like *******ion, they are waiting for our 3 days of accepting an offer to lapse and our space gets taken by somebody else. I've listened to many horror stories about UKZN regarding registration process. I so wish that somebody in higher position can attend to this. UKZN has people in it's workforce who are busy tarnishing the name of the institution with the manner that conduct the registration process of this institution. I have to use my petrol to go there in person just to accept an offer, the said I'm far away but I have no choice.
