“Honours Degree Completed” status not showing on Student Central.

In 2015 June, I was registered for Honours in Criminology. By June 2016, I completed all the coursework but I wasn’t able to do my research paper. In 2021, with much struggle with the registration system and terrible communication between the staff via email but with the help of SRC, I finally registered to complete the honours research paper and ultimately the degree itself. And I did, I got the results for the research paper in December. Since then, I’ve been waiting for the “Honours Degree Completed” status. I emailed Sbongile Mthembu (staff at the Crim faculty) two weeks ago, I haven’t received a response. I app**** to have my query attended via a link I got from SRC in December, I was told to expect a response in January when campuses open. Still nothing. I’m so frustrated.
