Highly disappointed

I graduated at the Westville campus in 2012 And still haven't received my certificate . It's 2017 now. My mother paid over R120 000+ for me to complete my three year diploma . As an IIE institute she thought she was giving me the best of the best in further education , clearly that wasn't the deal. I went there three times to find out what is the matter and how I can get a hold of my diploma certificate . I did hotel management but now I have been a constable for two years because I won't get a job on a pending certificate . I need answers from the institute before I take things toto the next level..I'm not happy where I am now
