Disgusting Service Received

<p>I called the Department of Social Work and spoke to Sibonsile Bonnie Mathe on (031) ********** (bear in mind I called from a recorded line). I needed to enquire about the duration of two different degree's - one that used to be offered and one that is currently offered. Firstly, I was addressed as "My Dear" - highy unprofessional as you are NOT speaking to your friend. Secondly, I was told that there is NO ONE in the department that can explain the difference as the degree was never offered (even though I was looking at the actual certificate). Thirdly, I was told to stop talking and listen when I asked to speak to someone else. Finally, when I called back (the phone was put down in my ear) I was told that there is no one else I can be transferred to and again the phone was put down on me. I am absolutely amazed at the service receieved from an academic institution!!!! No professionalism, no respect and no assistance!!!</p>
