Ukzn Howard College staff in student affairs are rude and inconsiderate as well as ***********. I completed 2 degrees at Howard College. I needed to get my academic transcript. I follow all the procedures and when i finally get to collecting it at 9:50 i get told to come back at 12 because that counter is closed from 10 to 12. I come all the way back at 11:56. I get told to wait until 12. The inconvenience and not forgetting expense and time wasted i am truly disgusted at the attitude and service at student affairs. We pay our fees fully and if the staff are forgetting our fees are what puts food in their mouth!!! So sort your attitude out or find a hob that does not require you to work with people!
