communication nightmare of UKZN

This university has the worst communication network ever. Their workers need to learn how to communicate .Such vague responses. This is really impossible. I am so disappointed. No explanations are given ,no follow ups. Very disappointing. Hardly worth continuing with enquiries and feedback.
