Account on Debt Trackers

Hi

I started my Masters in Medical Informatics at UKZN in 2010 which promised to be a career choice. The funding for the course was to be paid by the university. I did my first year and i passed my modules. When I was suppose to do my second year for Theses/Dissertation, I found outthe university didn't pay for the modules. I didn't register for the second year so i didnt finish my Masters.

2011, the university sent the account to Debt Trackers and it was 43k. Went to the university they promised they paid. 2012 Debt Trackers started calling me which I referred them to Health Sciences at Medical School. 2017 account is now over 70k.

Who is at fault here?
