****** White hired at Ukweza visticmising staff

I want the CEO of Ukweza to call me regarding this message. Ukweza employed a white male at Gylnnwood Hospital in 2015. Worst mistake a company can ever do to damage their reputation especially with the ****** comments going around in SA. Riaan Ross is a white male who has been ****** towards employees of Ukweza. This cannot continue this way. Employees are scared o speak up because he threatens staff, he verbally abuses females especially. He has not way of managing people as well as being in the kitchen . I am going to send an inspector to investigate the kitchen on your behalf. This is just the tip of what Riaan is incapable of doing. Ukweza need to do something about hiring the wrong people. South Africa does not need more ****** males.A thorough investigation needs to take place.Employees at Glynnwood hospital catering division are in need of an intervention and to please do an investigation on Riaan. He is victimizing good people and he abuses staff. He is vulgar and don't know how to be a good manager, This has been reported but always no ones does nothing about it. I want Riaan's manager to call me to discuss this further, if not I will be taking legal action.
