TLS FOR UK VISA

I've app**** for a UK visa for myself and my mother. I have to travel tomorrow the 9th July to France. I'm awaiting my passport back from British high Commission. Each time I send an email asking TLS agency to make a follow up from the commission when to pick up my passport. They send me an electronic message saying they're waiting for a response. I've been asking them to make contact with the commission but no one seems to care. I feel they're not trying enough to assist me after paying extra fees for priority service.
