Refund of half the amount

Im having a problem with Ukutula lodge they don't want to refund me and i made a booking with them last month in July but due to prio plans i couldn't not go to the venue as booked so now they took R4345 which is my salary and it can't be that they take that lot amount of money. I need you to assist my by getting atleast half the amount so that i can pay my kids school fees.
