Worse attitude

We booked per phone and after confirmation has been send we cancelled immediately. We had a phone call this morning ****ting us out because we left their property 3am and didn’t pay. Judy Swanepoel is the most rude person and they don’t have the facts. First, if we did stay over someone had to show us a room, second ‘someone’ saw our car leaving the premises. Strange that all our photos on facebook on our roadtrip to Rooiberg has been on a Harley Davidson bike. She put the phone down in my ear when I tried to explain that we didn’t sleepover at their venue. We went to another venue where they had to pick us up (because off the bike). We couldn’t be at 2 differnet place at once. Makes you think what type of security they have over there. And maybe management??? And then the nerve of sending us sms that she will make a case against us..... ‘Ek gaan jou telefoon tract en n diefstal sak maak want jy get gebly by ukuthula lodge sonder om te betaal.
