Return of the vehicle which was ********ly towed for billing purposes
On the 26 of January 2026 I was involved in an accident (hit and run). Whilst i was been treated in an ambulance because I lost consciousness someone from Ukuphelala approached me and made me sign without explaining the terms and I couldnt read same. At the scene there was the estate manager, my neighbor and other medical personnel and told them to take the vehicle as is back to the estate as the accident happened 3 minutes away same street 1 Lark Street. They agreed and even gave us a lift back to the Estate however took the car. When i read the paper they gave me, it says i am going to be billed R500 per day. This is against what i told and they refusing to release the vehicle irrespective of witnesses to also told them to bring the car to the Estate. Kindly assist. Vehicle was towed to 49 Main Service Road Details of the vehicle: BMW 320i M sport - HR 59KY GP Silver in color - cell : *** Kindly please assist. Injured people are taken advantage off by tow trucks for for purposes of billing.
