Constantly appalling service received from a so call “professional” garden services company. SAVE YOURSELF FROM STRESS, DON’T USE THEM.

We’re being using UKLENA for the past 6 months plus, fortnight maintaining our garden. At first the service was excellent for the first two months, as we moved into the third month the service s****ed to drop. We tried to work with them to overcome the problems. We asked for a Sa****ay compared to a weekday slot to show on what area they were lacking. It did not work; they constantly failed to turn on a Sa****ay. Revert back to weekday slot problem did not disappear. The latest incident is when we phoned in as usual to ask when they are coming to service garden, only to be told they cancelled a so called contract with us. Throughout the months we constantly had the following problems, even after speaking to the owner Anuesh and the manager Sealen. · Always arriving without the right equipment. · Ladders &equipments was always left in another vehicle that was busy servicing bigger jobs like complexes. · No supervision of staff. Sleeping on duty. · Constantly we needed to instruct the garden team on what needs to be done. · Turing part of the flower beds and leaving the beds unturned that is not in direct sight. · Empty commitments by admin staff she always send a SMS on enquiring about service rendered but clearly does not follow up on complaints. · Damage to property refusing to take ownership. · Always phoning to them to ask them when they are coming to service the garden. Clearly the slogan “relax while we take care of your garden’’ does do not work with UKLENA. HIGH RATED CUSTOMER IN QUEENSBURGH/MOSELEY
