Why rob me of my money???????

<p>I hired a Car Wednesday 15/06/2016 through Rentalcars.com. The full amount of the car plus the protection fee was deducted from my account on the 15th June, meaning a total amount of R2244.22 was deducted from my account (invoice as rentalcars).<br />On the 16th June, I went to pick up the car and the consultant confirmed that I had paid for everything online and there not anymore charges that I would be charged. She asked if I wanted the windows and tyre protection which cost R22 a day, and I said I want that. She advised me that amount would be taken from the protection fee of R1048.12, I was happy with that. She then told me that she would just do a security check to check the card which would charge R1. To my surprise, another R2103.26 went off from my account which apparently is the "holding fee"<br />I called Avis customer care on the 17th June and spoke to a Siya. He could not explain why the **** I was charged twice. I called PE Airport service and the agent told me that I was double charged and that I needed to speak to customer service. Now they could not help me but Siya told me to call again on the 21st June. Why should I be the one calling back when the ***** up was on Avis side? I want my money back immediately. How can you rob me like that. Siya also told me he cannot see the amount that was taken on the 16th but could see the one that was taken on the 15th. Really now!!!I want this resolved immediately. To my understanding, I had already paid the "holding fee" from the R1048 that rental cars took from my account. Please get to the bottom of this. Apparently rental cars did not pay the full voucher amount. what the ****</p>
