They took my money no refund

I booked a vehicle online and paid using my credit card and the following day I cancelled it. It's more than 7days I haven't received my money back. When I call them the person answering the phone on their contact number told me this is an overseas company she can't help me and she gave me overseas number. On advert they said free cancellation now no one is helping me and can't get hold of them.
