SHOCKING EXPERIENCE

Booked a car through Rentalcars.com UK, they assigned me Maggiore as the rental company. On holiday in Sardinia, the car had engine problems. NONE of the 'emergency' numbers were answered, and when the agent at rentalcars in the UK couldn't get hold of Maggiore and she couldn't help me any further, and I was simply left stranded. Once the holiday was finished I provided my story back to Rentalcars.com through their standard feedback channels, and I still did not get a reaction at all. As long as they took their cash, they simply couldn't care about what we went through.
