Rental cars is a disappointment

Rentalcars are the worst car hire you could ever rent with they charged me cancelation fee of the whole amount for renting with them again. I rented a small car to attend my dads funeral in Venda an I canceled to get a bigger car an they charge me I never ever wanna see or hear that name Rentalcars ever again I wish they fall as a business
