REFUND ??? WHAT REFUND !!!

<p>I am so tired of emailing this company over and over again following up on my refund!! I cancelled my rental booking more than two weeks in advance and was told i would get a refund. I have always rented from this company and have a long history of money spent with them as i am a business traveller. My last booking had to be cancelled due to personal reasons. I am still waiting for a response to my first email going back to November 2016!! We are now February 2017 and not even an acknowledgement of my emails. Yet they go ahead and just deduct expenses straight off your credit card!! Unacceptable!! They should not be allowed to trade with ethics like this and from the reviews i have seen on this website, there must be some powerful company / organisation / body who can investigate what they are doing to people and 1) stop this from continuing; 2) take away their business licence to trade!! Absolute *******!! I will never use these people again and i will make sure that whoever i know will get to hear about the way they trade!! Shocking!!</p>
