Overcharge

<p>I rented a car from rental cars, they charged me 263 Francs when I got to Hertz (car supplier) I was told that the total amount for the rental is 99 Francs + 25 Frans insurance and vat, which came to an amount of 126 Frans. I want to know why I was overcharged and I would also like a refund of my money. I've sent you an email with all supporting documents and you have failed to get back to me.</p>
