Don't deliver and then charge cancellation fees

Used [URL Removed] to rent a car in Sardinia. Missed flight because of lost luggage so we phoned them, twice! Informed them we are on later flight. When we got there, desk was closed, no one in sight.. we had to rent from someone else. [URL Removed] gave away our car even though I phoned then at 08:00 the next day, again. They then cancelled our contract and charged us a cancellation fee. ******* - I say. NEVER USE THEM !!
