Broker charged double rental price quoted

Booked online to get the best deal with listed car rental hire companies. I chose the Budget deal because of price & vicinity to collect car. Credit card charge by [URL Removed] was more than double what was quoted.<br> Booking Ref. No. : *** clearly stated that daily car hire included 100 kms per day free mileage. Vehicle was returned to Budget earlier than 2 days booked & we were charged for 116 kms usage for fuel amounting to a further cost of R318.66.<br> They have not responded to any of my subsequent emails
