Bad customer feedback and refund policy is a joke!

I booked a car in Feb 2020 for April 2020. Covid stopped the rental and they confirmed full repayment within 7 days in 2020. It has been 5 months and no refund payment was done. This is very bad customer reltions and I will never use them again. No feedback is given at all
