Terrible experience. Do not use at any costs!

UK GVS charged a family member an exorbitant fee to assist with a UK tourist visa but their delays resulted in the application being submitted late. In addition, they made basic mistakes in the application form and took forever to fix it. Even though their incompetence resulted in the application being submitted late, they were unable to escalate and fast track the application and the visa did not arrive by the time of the flight. It was difficult to get any responses out of them as they were very unresponsive to emails sent to the generic email address. Very poor service, ******* and would NOT recommend using them at any costs.
