Terrible service and dishonest people

Good day everyone. My husband is a hunter and wanted to purchase gear that is not available in South Africa so we did some online shopping and found that UK COVERS based in UK had everything he wanted. It is now a year later and not only have we not received the clothing but nobody has the decency to reply to any of my emails to inform me what went wrong. I am now convinced that these people are *******. A guy named Stephan did reply once sending me receipts showing the goods were posted but that proves nothing because I never received anything. I would advice that nobody shop with them as their service stinks and they are dishonest.
