I can't sing the praises of U.K Abroad loud enough!!! What a phenomenal company to deal with, in this day and age service delivery is lacking drastically, especially in South Africa. So refreshing to have efficiency, timeous, professionalism and effortless step by step instructions. I renewed both my and my Mom's British Passports, with the help and guidance of Miguel. I cannot fault him or U.K Abroad. He was reassuring, polite and super professional even when I felt like I was asking what seemed like a stupid question, as mistakes can be somewhat costly when faced with a Rand to Pound conversion. Trust the process and instructions you're given. Can't believe this was done and dusted in no time at all. Don't be on the fence with this company, don't hesitate, you will not regret it. Yes, we all worry about doing something via the internet and your trust levels are guarded, but after due diligence and research, I knew that it was my best way forward.
