My partner and i took a Bellville taxi from kulisriver near fooder ***** to go to zevenwatch mall, the taxi we jumped keep going around and around im circles to a point where were decided to jump of where we initially had jumped in from and requested money back the taxi driver kept ignoring us told us did we give money or the conductor so when we request the for money back from the conductor he first threatened to hit my partnert so i ask decided to request for the money back then the conductor turned around a pulled a big knife threatening and pointing the knife at me at this point we stepped back and the drover took off here are number plates unfortunately i am not from Capetown dont know where the office for the taxi rank however here is the number plate CF 255316 STICKER NUMBER 131 F43 i have been to cbd Belleville rank with no help nor could I find a rank manager
